Swim Trip Thursday

Tomorrow is our first swim trip to the Palisades Park Swim Club. Please take note of the following:

• Children must come dressed in swim suits, sunscreen already applied, and the orange camp shirt over the swim suit. Please bring a towel and a change of clothes in the orange drawstring bag --we will change at the pool.
• We will leave by 8:30 A.M. sharp -- late campers will not be able to meet us at the pool for safety/accountability and attendance purposes.
• No lunch needed - Pizza Day tomorrow.

Camp Class News

• Thursday July 9th will be a Pool Day and also a Pizza Day for the campers. Please make sure your children come dressed and ready for the pool day -- please have on your swimsuits upon arrival, sunscreen on, with the orange camp shirt over the swimsuits.
• We will leave by 8:30 A.M. sharp on Pool Days! Any campers coming late will not be able to meet us at the Palisades Park Swim Club for attendance accountability and safety issues. 
• Wednesday July 8th will be Tye Dye Day! Please bring in a white shirt to tye dye with our friends!
• Friday is the Peace and Love parade as well as Ice Cream truck day! Please wear your Tye Dye shirts!

Tomorrow is our Red, White, & Blue Parade

Tomorrow, July 2nd, will be our Red, White, & Blue Parade at 10:30 A.M. We will be discussing Independence Day and the colors of our flag, as well as read John, Paul, George, & Ben: A History of America for Pre-k Kids.

• No lunch will be needed tomorrow -- it is our usual Thursday Pizza Day 
• Please bring in the two forms I need from parents from the Welcome Packet

CAMP BBQ TOMORROW

CAMP NEWS
Tomorrow, July 1st, will be our Camp BBQ! What a way to kick off the summer! Please bring in a towel in your orange camp bags so that your child can eat picnic style comfortably during our BBQ festivities.

FOOD OPTIONS:
*Food allergies and restrictions please let us know asap*
Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Watermelon, Lemonade, & Ice Cream for a cool dessert. If your child does not want the above mentioned, please just pack a brown bag lunch/sandwich for lunch so then can eat picnic style.

ADDITIONAL INFO FROM MS. FRENZEL...

• Parents, if you have not handed in your emergency contact forms and photo consents, Ms. Frenzel needs them ASAP. These notices are in your Welcome to Camp packets in your child's bin -- please hand them in as soon as possible.
  
  
• July calendars will be in your bins tonight for you to take home
  
• Also, parents -- please visit our Calendar Wall in the classroom (the wall on your right as soon as you walk in) and please take the time to fill out the Vacation Days Off sheet for staffing and classroom purposes.

*In accordance with the NJ Board of Education's policies on nap & rest periods, we will be continuing our 45 min rest period throughout the summer camp program. If you would like to provide your child with a light sheet to lay on, you may do so and leave them in your child's bin. Thank you!

Welcome to Dolphins 1 Summer Camp!

Welcome to Summer Camp and our Dolphins 1 class! We are delighted to see both old and new faces at the start of our summer session!

Summer Camp officially kicks off today, Monday June 29th! We will be having a "Welcome to Camp" BBQ and Festival on Wednesday July 1st with a bounce house, face-painting station, temporary tattoos stand, and ice cream truck on site! We hope to see you all there!

Thursday we will have a Red, White, and Blue patriotic parade -- and we will be closed on Friday June 3rd in observance of Independence Day.
